Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between job involvement and leisure participation among full-time teachers in National Taiwan University of Sport (NTUPES). Data were collected via a census-based survey. A total of 73 responses were obtained, and 73 were valid, resulting in a valid response rate of 91.25%. The research instruments included “Teacher’s Job Involvement Scale” developed by Mei-Yu Chen (2005) and “Leisure Participation Questionnaire” designed by Yu-Fang Liang (2004). Data were analyzed using methods including descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The main findings were as follows:
    1. The full-time teachers in NTUPES showed an intermediate-high level of job involvement.
    2. Their performances in four dimensions of job involvement partially varied by gender, age, marital status, length of service, and school to the level of significance.
    3. The full-time teachers in NTUPES showed an intermediate-low level of leisure participation.
    4. The full-time teachers in NTUPES participated in the time-killing type of activities most frequently among the various types of leisure activities.
    5. Their participation in the seven types of leisure activities partially varied by gender, marital status, length of service, and school to the level of significance.
    6. A positive correlation existed between job involvement and leisure participation among the full-time teachers in NTUPES.
