    Abstract: In recent years,with the constant and accelerating socail changes,there are great changes in every walk of life. Life style and living patterns getting complicated.The pattern of fire emerging in endless streams.Because of aging of population,Taiwan is becoming an aging society.Due to Elderly person getting older,their body function declines, they need more and more medical treatment helps ;therefore,the most important target to reach is the responds of fire and emergency medical care. And the top priority is to resopnd rapidly.
    According to this research of fireman start up procedure.we reconsider the position of equipments and the traffic flow .aspecially focus on the precondition of the least cost to provide instant and rapid service and helps.
    At the same time we want to make other fire department in our Country to reconstruct current information equipments or rebuild the process of fire duty to make the process more efficient.
