    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to understand the Certified Public Bookkeeper Firm employee’s job characteristics, personality traits, job satisfaction and relevance of resignation intention, in order to help firms to improve working characteristics, improve employee job satisfaction, therefore, this study is the scope of the central region, 300 surveys were distributed, 286 copies turned back. There are 259 valid surveys. Via multiple regression analysis methods, the study result is: the better job characteristics of employees, the higher job satisfaction; the better personal traits of employees, the higher job satisfaction; the higher job satisfaction of employees, the lower resignation intention. Job characteristics and personality traits through job satisfaction, resulting in the resignation intention of generate mediation effect. And can effectively predict resignation intention; employee personal property exists significant differences in all aspects of job characteristics, personality traits and job satisfaction. Via the above conclusions, recommendations of the Working Certified Public Bookkeeper Firm should moderate division and rotation, and carefully choose the company's environment and location and maintain the internal environment; Certified Public Bookkeeper Firm employees should consider how to improve their skills, and think about their own work whether their own needs and expectations; and proposed future research, can be based on their ability to expand the scope of the study, or to increase the number of samples in order to obtain a more objective results.
