Abstract:	The research project will be completed by field survey, a comprehensive visit of loft beds strawberry cultivation farmers in Dahu about the current development of cultivation management and product marketing. Take the entrants farmers in 2003 for example to investigate the changes in cost, output and income. The research will select the successful examples of loft beds strawberry cultivation to analyze their five forces and SWOT and explore the success factors and future development. Finally, the research will get the conclusions and the recommendations. The conclusion of this study is the loft bed of strawberry cultivation does not only provide a comfortable environment for picking fruit, also bring the assurance of food safety. This feature provides the loft bed of strawberry cultivation a sway space, and also brings business. Because of the differences of management skills, geographic location and traffic conditions, farmers have the merits of the difference . The cost consideration is a stumbling block to the development of the loft beds strawberry cultivation, and also makes the loft beds strawberry cultivation not draw a large audience applauded. Loft beds strawberry cultivation can bring hope and characteristics for the strawberry industry, but it needs more highlights to contrast. For example,the food safety guarantee, bright and spacious store , wide and convenient parking for visitors, strengthen of the network marketing , delivery services to increase their own sales, establishing loft beds cultivation farmers' organizations , facing the endless stream of loft beds cultivation diseases together, or buying the agricultural equipment together to compress purchase price. Finally, the research will provide agricultural policy and academic institutions reference, so that Dahu Township strawberry industry can develop sustainability .
