    Abstract: In order to improve the Taiwan food independent rate, wheat in organic farming, care of the environment and the formation of “Shi Yuan” Republic (Shi Yuan Community Supported Agriculture), under the leadership of Shi-Ming-huang, in the ground agri-food processing and consumer, fostering the country's more than 100 more than wheat, soybeans and grains of small farmers. Not only small farmers, also employed the physically and mentally handicapped, popularize agro-society campaigners, is the corporate social responsibility of entrepreneurs. Shi Yuan collaborative production partners, "lien Hwa Industrial co., ltd" admit on the basis of corporate social responsibility, form Division specialized in the production and sales of patterns.
    In order to understand the business of how we fulfill our social enterprise cooperation model, this case through participant observation compared with literature data after adjuvant, and analysis of in-depth interviews and collate the data surveyed. Stand for "collaborative Division of labour, innovation management, management capacity, community-driven" four main dimensions, with "professional technology, production processes, leadership, strategy, networking, cost control, product strategy, corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship," eight dimensions, to explain their systematization of social enterprise collaboration pattern.
