    Abstract: The purpose of this study is discuss of the experience and effectiveness in use group work intervention dropout at-risk students. In this process, adopts the action research, and we use action, observation, feedback, reflection and re-action to operation. Final, analysis our gather of file records, course of action, introspection notes. Research object is using purposive sampling, and we invited the background of dropout at-risk students. Through the exploration and analysis of the course of action, supplying schools and practitioners deal with dropout at-risk students more positive think, more interaction, have more coping, and we can help students grow up healthy.
    In this study, we sort out the course of action and group work's stages. In four frameworks for analysis, include course of practical action to explore and experience of integration, group plans stage and to explore session development, groups members to participate in the results of the interaction of groups, researcher’s plight, coping and learning. The researchers asked the following conclusions, First, In the groups members have a positive experience and healthy interaction; Second, groups can give members support and companionship; Third, the groups worker is a tool, can help the members to change; Fourth, group workers create a safe and trusted environment, provided the members to show their change; V. Satir model helps groups build positive interaction contexts; Six, Satir model helps group leader to treated members in humanity perspective; Seven, Satir model provides leaders method to explore the member’s inner; Eight, Satir model provides leaders self-reflection and learning pipeline; Nine, Social workers need a ability to help themselves Integration theory and human's inner, above to provide schools and practitioners in different perceptions to discuss the topics with dropout at-risk students.
    Finally, according to the result of this study, the research proposed several suggestions for school, social work professionals, and future research.
