    Abstract: Many people stay much longer at home than linger outside; also, home devices account for large living expenses. Therefore, this study focuses on leisure obtainment under dwelling atmosphere. Atmosphere varying due to dwelling environment, family interaction and home design, from a number of differences in atmosphere this study aims to explore the attention in lesuire benefits and the evaluation on well-being, including life satisfaction, positive emotions perception, relationship, physical and mental health.
    The study on February 1, 2014 onwards, issuing a total of 420 questionaires with 400 valid questionnaires returned ahead of April 1, 2014, the effective rate reaches to 95.24%. Based on the literature, well-being is divided into four dimentions: perception on positive emotion, physical and mental health, life satisfaction and interpersonal relations, varying atmosphere of dwelling environment into three factors: environment, design and society, and leisure benefits into three parts: kowability, sensibility and health. Studies have shown the outcome partly differentiates between personal backgrounds. Through regression analysis, positive emotion perception is significally influenced by factors of environment, design and society, benefits of sensibility and health ; life satisfaction is associated with factors of design, society, benefits of sensibility and health ; physical and mental health is relatd with factors of design and society, benefits of sensibility and health; relationships is subject to factors of design and society, benefits of sensibility and health.
