    Abstract: Low birth rate is a crisis, but also full of infinite niche. In the M expense tendency, the parent-child entertainment leisure industry which learns through playing is being on the rise. Therefore, it is necessary in response to market needs, enhance parent-child consumer satisfaction, in order to create industrial competitiveness.
    The purpose of this research is to explore and discuss the motivations, satisfaction and loyalty of parents in Kidsburgh. The subject of this research is the parents in Kidsburgh. The questionnaires got 257 valid responses. Data are analyzed via Descriptive Statistics, Factor Analysis, Cronbach's alpha, Pearson Correlation Analysis, T-test and One-way of ANOVA.
    The analysis results indicate:1 Parental background variables affect consumer motivation part, satisfaction and loyalty. 2 Parents consumer motivation has positive influence on satisfaction. 3 Parents consumer motivation has positive influence on loyalty . 4. Parent satisfaction has positive influence on loyalty .
