    Abstract: 少子化是危機,卻也充滿無限的利基。在 M 型化消費的趨勢下,寓教於樂的親子娛樂休閒產業正方興未艾。因此,必需因應市場需求、提升親子消費的滿意度,才能創造產業競爭優勢。
    本研究主要在探討騎士堡之家長的消費動機、滿意度與忠誠度之相關研究;以到騎士堡消費的家長為對象,共回收有效問卷257份,以敘述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、皮爾森積差相關、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析等,進行統計分析。
    研究結果顯示:1.家長不同背景變項部分影響消費動機、滿意度與忠誠度;2.家長消費動機與滿意度有正向顯著影響;3.家長消費動機與忠誠度有正向顯著影響;4.家長滿意度與忠誠度有正向顯著影響。
