    摘要: In the past few years, the leisure activities in Taiwan reached the booming point. The number of the home stays was growing, so the quality problems began to emerge. In 2011,Tourism Bureau (Ministry of Transportation and Communications) had progressed the project to filter all of the home stays, and sought for the Taiwan Host witch had five spirits "Cleanness , Sanitary , Kindness , Friendliness , Relaxation". After three years, more than six hundred home stays had certified to be Taiwan Host. The research related to the Taiwan Host is very few, therefore, the purposes of research were to:
    1. To discover the advantages and disadvantages of the accreditation of Taiwan Host.
    2. To understand the improvement of facility through the accreditation of Taiwan Host.
    3. To comprehend the advancement of the quality of service through the accreditation of Taiwan Host
    This research adopted qualitative research methods. Through literary reviews and in-depth interview to operate the research, then we inspected the correction of data by triangulation .This report contained the results of interviews about six qualified home stays of Taiwan Host. The conclusion are as follows:
    1. the accreditation of Taiwan Host is helpful to improve the management of the home stays, but this accreditation has to be widely disseminated.
    2. the accreditation of the Taiwan Host has primarily influenced home stays to clean the facilities in details.
    3. the accreditation of the Taiwan Host including the education, the training, the experience exchanged, and the advisement of Taiwan Host's committee, is helpful in upgraded the quality of service.
