    摘要: This study preliminary investigates the influence of the Creative Music and Movement course on the creativity of preschool children. The Creative Music and Movement course is not only to copy the motor skill but also to inspire children to express themselves creatively using their bodily movements. This course based on creative dance and movement instruction. Most studies on music and movement have focused on enhancing the verbal and physical abilities of elementary school children, and on their psychological changes. However, studies regarding the influence on preschool children’s creativity are scarce.
      For doing the study, the 90 children of the elementary preschool in Hengchun town are chosen to take the experiment. The Creative Music and Movement course was implemented for 12 weeks, and was subsequently evaluated using Huang’s (1998) Body Creativity Evaluation
    and by studying teachers’ anecdotal records of observations made in the classroom, whether the course enhanced the preschool children’s creativity was determined. There are totally 4 researching results:
    1.The Creative Music and Movement course can promote children’s fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration.
    2.The Creative Music and Movement course can promote children’s skill-related items consisted of problem solving.
    3.The Creative Music and Movement course can promote children’s curiosity, adventure, challenges, and imagination.
