In recent years, due to start living the era of universal leisure and hope through leisure activities to enhance the quality of life and a strong motivation to reduce the pressure, and now fashionable to have one ready to slide to slide, not only can engage in leisure, but also adjust the tension of work pressure, but do not spend too much time and money you can get a high leisure satisfaction.
This study aims to leisure involvement in view of elementary school teachers to explore the use of mobile phone games, casual study of satisfaction and happiness. After using convenience sampling method, 400 questionnaires were made 375 copies of effective questionnaires, descriptive statistics and independent sample t test, Pearson correlation, ANOVA statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis, the empirical analysis .
Study found that large Kaohsiung-Pingtung area of education elementary school teachers use small mobile game leisure involvement, leisure satisfaction and happiness showed a significant positive influence. Particularly among male teachers, young teacher, unmarried teacher leisure involvement deepest; male teachers, young teacher, unmarried teachers higher leisure satisfaction; happiness more male teachers.
The results of this study suggests that the use of appropriate increase in leisure involvement mobile games to help elementary school teachers leisure satisfaction, well-being improved.
