This thesis is a refine and verifying predecessors studied sports Identification Scale for “The Scale of Triathlon Identification and its Correlates”
To create the new words to definition “Self-Sport Participation Relationship” in five frames “Importance and Meaning”, “Social Community” , “Self-esteem and Achievement”, “Learning and Understanding” and “Self-Expression” by more accurate scale and questionnaire.
This study is questionnaire survey of purposive sampling in badminton finals of 2014 National Universiade Sport Game at the National Changhua University. Subjects include athletes, family, staff, audience, coach, teacher and the team staff. This study sends out 400 questionnaires take back 369 valid questionnaires of 400 questionnaires.
Verified results show the new frame “Social Community” does not fit on the model after analysis. Therefore, to accede the fifth frame “Social Community” to the structure of “the Scale of Self-Sport Participation Relationship” is unable to complete as expected. Model of other four frames “Importance and Meaning”, “Self-esteem and Achievement”, “Learning and Understanding” and “Self-Expression” are fit on confirmatory analysis to proceed to verified and develop the scale of Sport Identification of other sport subject.
