    Abstract: The research indicates the difficulties of people with mental retardation jobs finding. In fact, people with mental disordered possesses varied potential career abilities; as long as society provides an appropriate skills training and counseling support, assists them to solve the job-wanted dilemmas, enhances their career skills and environment adaptability. A proper vocational training course will expend the occupation opportunities of mental retardation people. The purpose of this study is to investigate the students? work attitudes in practicum training and their related factors in the Special Education School.
    The consequences of survey are aimed at counseling mentors and employers? questionnaires respond. The surveys affected are as follows: Students? background as independent-variables include personality and family matters; Students? practicum and work attitudes as a dependent-variable relate to the extrinsic contentment at the workplace.
    In students? family status, the parents expect that the students can have the life center of gravity in the future. The family members are willing to occasionally provide assistance according to the situation, which is the primarily status. However, students? work attitudes make no difference by their disability types, disability degrees, and their family members? support.
    Students? work attitudes depend on the professional types of practicum. And the operator in obedient, teamwork, job stipulation obeying and work adaptation must be higher than the environment cleaners. However, The obedient, the teamwork, the job stipulation obeying and the work adaptation of students? work attitudes would make difference by parents? expectation. Government and special education organizations develop vocational education policies, instructional handbooks, and teaching strategies revised assessments by students? practicum data. According to the matters above, society is able to assist students to achieve their character development and career transition.
