    Abstract: The reform of the military training system is in process, and the number of the military instructors is dwindling year by year. However, the student guidance problems are growing worse. That how to develop human resource and to recruit talented youth will play an important role on our nation, society, school, family and individual . That is why the research is made.
    This research is based on the theory of TPB with four factors of attitude, subject norms, perceived behavioral control and behavior intention, combining military instructor's actual situation, and inquiring into the military officer?s working as senior high school military instructor's attitude, subject norms and perceived behavioral control to understand the substantial evidence mode of the military officer's intention.
    Take the whole national high school military instructors as primary sample. By exerting the methods of the cultural heritage review and the sample questionnaire survey to mail 600 random questionnaire, and the valid recovery of questionnaire is 542.
    The recovered questionnaire is analyzed with the method of the statistics analysis. Based on Structural Equation Modeling, The assumed basic mode is analyzed with the substantial evidence analysis and mode correction. The research finds that the influence which the ubject norms have upon behavior intention is the strongest? secondly, perceived behavioral control?and secondly, attitude. The more positive the military officer's attitude, subject norms and perceived behavioral control are , the stronger the influence of their behavior intention is.
