    Abstract: 為維護老年人之經濟需要,政府正試辦逆向抵押貸款政策。本文以中部地區
    持有房屋所有權者為主要研究對象,運用二元羅吉斯模型探討影響申請逆向抵押
    貸款之因素。研究結果發現:實用性、房地產景氣、總體經濟狀況、性別,對於
    以房養老-逆向抵押貸款模式潛在需求者之使用意願有顯著影響。

    To safeguard the economic needs of senior citizen, the government promotes the
    reverse mortgage policy. This article uses binary logistic model to explore the factors
    of application reverse mortgage for homeowners in center Taiwan. The results show
    that the utilitarian, real estate booming, macroeconomics, and gender are related to the
    application of reserve mortgage.
