    Title: 休閒阻礙、休閒活動類型與工作滿足之關係-以台中地區飯店之女性員工為例

    Abstract: 休閒活動不只是利用空閒時間休息而已,而且具有儲力恢復與再創造等積極意義(張春興,1983)。而適當的休閒活動對於生活壓力的調適是有所影響的,因此休閒活動是生活不可或缺的一部分,也正是所謂「休息是為了走更長遠路」。然而針對本身就是休閒活動提供者的飯店女性員工而言,其選擇休閒活動類型是否會因其工作特性或其他休閒阻礙而有所影響甚或對於工作滿足的部分是否也會因而感受不同。
    本研究以問卷調查方式,針對台中地區飯店之女性員工進行問卷發放,問卷共發出315份,回收295份,有效問卷為284份,有效回收率為96%。問卷回收後以SPSS統計軟體進行描述性分析、t檢定、變異數分析與相關分析等。
    主要研究結果為:1.台中地區飯店女性員工年齡大多介於21~30歲,且以未婚者居多,在飯店的工作年資多為1~3年內。2.而在休閒阻礙部分,時間與天氣/交通部分是影響休閒最重要的因素。3.飯店女性員工大多喜歡從事看電視、睡覺及休息等休閒活動。4.工作滿足部份對於能與同事和睦相處及爲同事做事的機會之同意度較高。5.在相關分析部分休閒阻礙與休閒活動類型呈負相關。6.休閒活動類型與工作滿足呈正相關。7.休閒阻礙與工作滿足呈負相關。
    The leisure activity not only spends free time having a rest, such positive meanings as and strength of storing resumes and recreating (Zhang ChunXing,1983). And it is also influenced to adjust pressure of life. Leisure activity is indispensable of life, so-called ' A little rest goes a long way.” .So we want to know that woman staffs in hotel whether she will exchange her leisure activity types or influence her work satisfaction because of the work characteristics.
    This study on woman staffs who work in hotel in Taichung were surveyed by questionnaires. A total of 315 questionnaires were issued and 284 valid samples was used. The rate of recovery was 96%. By using SPSS as statistical analysis tools, descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis.
    The conclusion of this survey is as following:
    1.The Interviewees are most between 21~30 years old and most of them are unmarried. The working age in hotel were 1~3 years.
    2.About leisure constraint,. the time and weather / the traffic part are the most important factors.
    3. Most of the Interviewees like watching TV , sleeping and having a rest etc..
    4.They agree with that they could harmony with colleagues and having chance to help others.
    5.There is opposite relationship between leisure constraint and leisure activity types.
    6.There is positive relationship between leisure activity types and work satisfaction.
