    摘要: 本研究目的旨在以休閒觀點來探討「關仔嶺溫泉風景區」之現況與發展；自九十年行政院勞工委員會實施周休二日以來，民眾對休閒的重視與需求也不斷的提高，因此休閒活動也成為國人生活中之一環。本研究採自然觀察法、訪談法與文獻回顧法，深入了解目前關仔嶺溫泉風景區之規劃、管理現況，並收集溫泉區活動之相關資料，以SWOT分析法進行分析未來之發展，並歸納所得之研究結果提出建議，以提供業者做為溫泉區之休閒運動設施改善及安全性之參考。本研究認為溫泉區之開發與規劃管理，應朝：1.保護溫泉區的資源體系，合理管制開發，。2.溫泉開發與休閒運動之考量，合理土地活動之利用。3.特殊山林景觀及保護區域，動植物棲息地，避免干擾與衝擊等原則進行規劃與管理。
    This research goal is for the purpose of by the leisure viewpoint discussing "Guan Tzuling the hot spring scenic spot" present situation and the development; Has implemented the week since 90 year Executive
    Yuan laborer committee to rest second, populace to leisure value and demand also unceasing enhancement, therefore the leisure activity also becomes the people to live a link.This research picks the nature observation law, visit the law and the literature review law, thoroughly understood present Guan Tzuling plan, management present situation the hot spring scenic spot, and of correlation data the collection hot spring area activity, will carry on development the analysis future by the SWOT analytic method, and the induction obtained findings will put forward the proposal, take provision industry will do leisure of movement facility improvement and the secure reference as the hot spring area. This research thought development of and the plan management the hot spring area, should face: 1. The protection hot spring area resources system, reasonably controls the development. 2. Hot spring development and leisure movement consideration, use of the reasonable land activity. 3. The special wooded mountain landscape and protects the region, the zoology and botany habitat, avoids disturbing and principle and so on impact carries on the plan and the management.
