Abstract:	棒球是我國的國球，自1992年奪下巴塞隆納奧運銀牌後，國內參與棒球活動的民眾大增，也讓剛開始不久的中華職棒走向高峰，不論是當時評選國家代表隊，或是現在的經典大賽，教練團均有多項衡量的標準。國內的職棒運動亦然，職棒運動中球員的表現，不僅影響個人薪資與比賽精采程度，其所涉及球團的商業利益與球迷壓力亦不可言語，因此球團必須有完善的評選球員方式，但現今的評選方法多為人為主觀方式。建立職棒球員評選模式，旨在利用科學化的方式來對職業棒球選手的績效進行探討。為考慮評估的複雜性與多準則之特性，本研究應用模糊多準則決策建立階層評估體系，以模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP)針對職棒球員表現評估指標之屬性求取評選權重，清楚了解各構面與指標的相對重要性。研究結果顯示在投手評估之目標層部分，最重要的指標是球隊貢獻，其次為控球能力、心理素質、投球表現。在野手評估目標層方面，球員的打擊表現最為重要，其他依序是球隊貢獻、心理素質、守備能力、選球能力。在捕手評估目標層方面，重要程度依序是守備能力、球隊貢獻、打擊表現、心理素質，最後是選球能力。The performance of professional baseball players infects not only personal wages but the value of the game. Therefore, players are under a lot of pressure from fans and sponsors. Thus, it is important to develop an evaluation mode that exams players’ performance with scientific methods. Since the evaluation is complicated with multiple criteria, this study applies Multi-criteria Decision Making to create a hierarchical model in order to understand the relevance of variables. Utilizing Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), we classify the characters of performance evaluation index and study attributes to determine the weights. We have come to the following conclusions. First, the most important criteria of pitcher is shown as cooperation, following ability of controlling balls, then psychological strength, and ability to pitch. Secondly, the most important criteria of fields is shown as ability to hit, following cooperation, psychological strength, ability of defense and ability of ball choice. Thirdly, the most important criteria of catcher is shown as ability of defense, cooperation, ability to hit, psychological strength and ability of ball choice
