With Since the economic development of Japan was expanding in 1970, there were so many people moving away form rural and mountain village. The over-evacuative phenomenon resulted in the industry recession of these villages. However, the rich environmental ecological resources and natural landscape were conserved, and the historical cultural treasure and tourism attraction were reserved by the slow and tardy development too. Lately, the successful greentourism plan was set into action by government, which was attracted a lot of tourists to visit these villages and promoted the development local industries. This research were using the document collection and deep interview method to induct the successful developing requirements at Oita-pref ,Miyazaki-pref,in Japan , and hope this research will be helpful of developing the rural tourism in Taiwan.
