Abstract: Boolean functions modified from bent functions can achieve very high nonlinearity and very low absolute indicator which are very useful in the design of stream ciphers and block ciphers. This paper presents the best known minimum number of output points of a bent function should be modified to form a 1-resilisent function, i.e., the minimum distance between bent functions and 1-resilient functions.
