Abstract: The traditional classroom was designed to provide only one projection system to present the multimedia materials. Yet we have found a suitable learning environment to present the multimedia materials. According to the assumptions of cognitive theory of multimedia learning, we attempted to build a new presentation system in the multimedia learning environment. This environment includes of, the dual channel projection systems, integrated digital table and message switch system. We are much emphasized how the multimedia learning is implemented in the blended learning which consists of the c-Learning and e-Learning. We recommended four teaching scenarios, the normal mode, the (N, N-1) mode, the multi-application mode and the e-Learning mode, to be used in the multimedia learning environment. To present an effectively multimedia learning environment, the devices of traditional classroom and the teaching methods of teachers have to be changed.
