    Abstract: 台灣蘭花生物科技園區的成立不僅掌握蘭花產業發展的脈動，更是提昇蘭花產業競爭力和整個國家經濟發展的契機。本研究以台灣蘭花產業之蘭園為主要訪談對象，並以波特(Michael Porter)的鑽石理論及專家問卷方式達成萃取影響蘭花生物科技園區產業群聚效應之因素，再以層級分析法(AHP)計算專家人士對關鍵因素影響程度之權重，以瞭解蘭花產業管理及政策因素。影響園區產業群聚效應之因素，可區分為「生產要素」，「市場需求」，「政府政策」，「產業網絡」等四大構面。
