"隨著資訊科技的迅速發展,網路技術應用日新月異,校園教學型態隨之轉變,本研究主要在探討資訊時代中之資訊科技在校園的應用,以De Novo 規畫模式,來處理發展校園資訊科技融入教學之專案資源配置之研究,以形成在資訊科技融入教學發展目標下最適化資源配置之規畫模式。本研究以某一國民小學實際案例做實務演練,藉以探討校園如何進行資訊科技專案資源配置,達成資訊科技融入教學發展目標。本研究之目的在尋求未來資訊科技融入教學之最佳專案資源配置的規畫模式,以及探討藉由組織人力資源之配置,進而強化組織能力達到最佳化績效。如何在既定預算下,達到最低成本的資源配置規畫。本研究中發現若將各部門資源中的條件放寬,透過De Novo 規畫並導入專案管理制度,即能充分將校園資訊科技資源做最有效配置,同時降低各部門資訊成本,
提昇校園教學成效。
With the rapid development of information science and technology (IT), and network technical application changes with each passing day, teaching type of the campus is changing.This research is probing into the application in the campus of IT in information age mainly.The De Novo programming is used to deal with the research of project resource allocation of infusing IT into instruction of campus. Under the teaching development goal of infusing IT into instruction, it can form the model of optimal resource allocation. An empirical real case in primary school is illustrated to verify and discuss a school’s instruction of infusing IT how can the resources allocate to be achieved the teaching goals. The goals in this paper are forming the planning model of optimal project resource allocation of infusing IT into instruction in the future, and enhancing the organization’s capability by allocating the human resource to achieve the optimize performance. How we can be in the set budget for
accomplishing the resources allocation with minimum cost. In empirical case we find if the department resource limitation is loosen, and De Novo programming and project management are implemented, the optimal resource allocation of IT in school will be achieved and the IT
cost of department can be reduced, and the teaching performance of campus will be promoted. "
