在本研究中，我們觀察氣管支架植入兔氣管之組織增生情形，評估植入支架後組織之變異。令我們意外的是，組織切片之結果雖然一如所有人工綴片會造成組織之增生；但從切下之植入部位觀察，並無明顯之再狹窄情形。意味即使組織已發生變異，氣管之再狹窄問題並不會立即呈現。
In this study, the tissue mutant of implanting tracheal stent onto rabbits was evaluated. As predicted as prior results contributed to most implants that cause proliferation, trachea restenosis whereas was not obviously shown on the photo taken
from where the stent-graft was originally implanted,which indicates that trachea restenosis may not be occurred even the tissue mutant has already been observed.
