本研究中使用熔融層積成形方式(FDM),製作軟骨及硬骨組織培育用的精密支架。經細胞植入評估後,發現作為硬骨支架的PCL 支架,在骨母細胞的植入率上,大部分的支架皆可達到50%;而在作為軟骨支架的PLA支架上,經第二型膠原蛋白改質,培養4 週後,在細胞的貼附生長及分泌基質上有較好的表現。
In this study, we utilized fused deposition modeling (FDM) for fabricating the precision scaffolds for cartilage and bone regeneration. After evaluation of cell seeding, we found the osteoblasts seeding ratio of most PCL scaffolds used in bone
regeneration could arrive 50%. In PLA scaffolds modified by type II collagen for cartilage regeneration, good results on cell proliferation and matrices production were obtained after four weeks culture.
