本研究主要在於整合先前研究與提出量測嬰兒頭形左右輪廓不對稱的演算方法,且有鑑於過去國內在診療新生兒頭形變形的疾病時,大都以傳統目測法診斷而缺乏數據資料判定其變形程度所引發之研究。期能使國內對於頭形不對稱的檢測更為嚴謹與合乎目測的判斷結果。嬰兒的頭形極易受不當的施力或是其他因素而呈現變形的狀態,為了瞭解新生兒頭形變形狀態程度的表現,本研究主題將針對從台北馬偕紀念醫院所提供之新生兒頭環輪廓模組進行一系列之頭形不對稱的分析,提出以前額中點、頭圍輪廓幾何中心及後枕部中點等各特徵點並搭配頭圍輪廓簽字特性曲線及觀測對稱軸為標準依據所整合並開發出之數種量測頭形不對稱的方式,分別為輪廓簽字法、以F至O為參考對稱軸及以F至C為參考對稱軸等方式,試圖將過去目測法的結果量化,使頭形不對稱程度有所依據。且透過量測方式的改良取得較能展現嬰兒頭形輪廓特徵的重要資訊,以利不對稱的分析及進一步探討以頭形輪廓為基的左右不對稱量測技術。
previous study and develop new mathematical method of detect misshapes head contour asymmetry in infants, and the study start in the following point of view that when inspector to diagnose the misshapes head often estimate asymmetry by the naked eye. By the naked eye to estimate head is often short of statistics to illustrate and express the dissymmetrical degree. We hope the final result of head asymmetry is tight and reasonable. Neonatal head will easily to suffer inappro- priate external force or indeterminate cause to form the dissymmetrical head state. In order to understand the dissymmetrical degree, this study subject will be aim at the dissymmetrical measure- ment and analysis in head rings. And the head ring is manufacture in Taipei of Mackay Memorial Hospital. We adopt frontal central, geometry central of head ring, and occipital central as our measurable reference point. Combine the three points with signature features curve or symmetrical line to develop some method in measure the head asymmetry degree. And the method include signature, symmetry axis of Frontal to Occipital, and symmetry axis of Frontal to Central. The three method will show the asymmetry degree after the normalized process. In order to get important and serviceable information of head contour in infants, we can through to improve the measure method. If we get the performance method, we can easily to analyze the head asymmetry of infants.
