    Abstract: 本研究採用幾丁聚醣與聚乙烯醇的混摻物作為神經修復導管的材料,製備出具有連通式孔洞,且類似人體軟組織結構的神經導管,並植入大白鼠坐骨神經缺損10 ㎜對其效果進行初步的探討。結果顯示聚乙烯醇的加入,可改善幾丁聚醣的機械性質,但會降低生物相容性,而由動物實驗中觀察,各組沒有明顯的髓鞘形成,但由腓腸肌恢復情形及Schwann 細胞增加的密度,可得知幾丁聚醣及幾丁聚醣/聚乙烯醇摻合導管(30/70 wt%)是週邊神經修復較佳的選擇。
