Abstract:	為了解決日趨複雜的企業間整合（B2Bi）與企業內整合（EAI）問題，現今電子商務技術中的兩大主流：Web Services 技術與商業流程管理技術，已逐漸相互合併，成為一個新型態且被寄予厚望的應用方式。在本篇論文中，我們將討論商業流程管理技術與Web Services 技術的內涵、研究方向以及兩種技術間的整合方式。在論文的最後，我們將針對資策會電子商務技術實驗室所開發的商業流程系統-eXFlow 做一個詳細的介紹，並且說明其與Web Services 技術間的關連。
