    Abstract: 1995年，Makus Stadler 等三位學者提出了公平盲簽章的觀念。在本論文中，我們將利用這樣的觀念提出一種安全性基於分解因數和離散對數雙重難題的公平盲簽章。我們所提出的演算法中，除了可以達到公平盲簽章中的二種追蹤協定外，我們也會證明在同態攻擊下，我們的公平盲簽章可以完全避免。
