    Abstract: 本研究旨在探究幼稚園社區融合主題教學的歷程中,運用社區資源發展課程之成功與失敗的關鍵。本研究以彰化縣糖糖國小附設幼稚園為研究對象,並以質性方式透過訪談、文件資料等方式收集資料,以質為重、量為輔做分析。
    依據研究所得資料加以分析,在運用社區資源發展課程過程中,成功與失敗的關鍵如下:
    一、事前周詳的計畫是奠定成功之基石。
    二、做事抱持認真的態度是奠基自我行銷成功面的關鍵。
    三、「真心誠意」是運用社區資源與人互動最好的說服力。
    四、發揮個人優勢之專業能力可搭起社區融合互動之橋樑。
    五、積極推動親師合作,共創教學契機。
    六、學校行政的支持是社區融合課程永續發展之關鍵。
    七、進行社區資源巡禮,努力形塑幼教專業理念。
    八、營造你好我好雙贏互惠之合作契機。
    九、教師個人人格特質是促進社區融合互動成敗之關鍵。。
    本研究根據上述研究結果,對幼教師、相關單位及未來研究,提出相關建議。
    This study aimed to study the key of the success and failure in applying community resources development courses in the process of thematic curriculum embedded in community in kindergarten. The subject of this study is the affiliated kindergarten of Tang-Tang elementary School. This study utilized qualitative method to collect information through interview and document, focusing on qualitative methods and quantitative ones as assistance.
    Based on the analysis of the obtained data, this study offered the key of the success and failure in applying thematic curriculum embedded in community in kindergarten
    (1) “A sound plan”: the basis of success,
    (2) “A good attitude”: the basis of a successful self-marketing,
    (3) “Sincerity”: the best persuasion,
    (4) “Exert the advantageous and professional ability”: the bridge of community integration and interaction,
    (5) parents and teachers should cooperate to create opportunities in teaching,
    (6) the administrative support from the school is the power of the sustainable development of the curriculum,
    (7) the understand of community resources shape the professional concept of early childhood education,
    (8) Create the win-win cooperative opportunities,
    (9) the factor of character is the key in promoting the community integration.
    Based on the above results, this study proposed the suggestions for teachers of early children education, related institutes and future research.
