    Title: 園遊會實踐中培養教師創造力

    Abstract: 在新佳美幼稚園中除了主題教學外,一年一度的園遊會也是幼稚園的大事,本研究以質性分析的方式,將大班的園遊會課程記錄,以教師如何運用創造力與培養幼兒創造力的角度分析。結果發現(一)教師的專業成長也需要創造力,想要帶給幼兒創造力前,教師必先具備或培養此能力並將其展現。(二)吸收外界資源融合幼兒創意帶來教師創造力源源不絕,創意就不會有枯竭的一天。(三)開放環境支持創造力氣氛的營造與散佈,除了幼兒、教師外,家長與社會大眾也能夠一起感染創造力所帶來的喜樂,並共同為營造創造力的環境努力。 In New Jiamei kindergarten in addition to the thematic approach, the annual garden party is also the important activity of the kindergarten, this research with the analytical way of the quality, record the garden party curriculum of the six years old children, how make use of the angle analysis of the creativity and the development creativity with the teacher. The result finds:(1)The teacher's professional growth also needs the creativity, want to bring the young children creativity the front, the teacher necessarily and first has or fosters this ability to also emerge it. (2)Blending the young children creativity brings the teacher the creativity seamlessly, do not need to worry the creativity will have dried up day.(3)Open the construction and dispersal of the environment support creativity atmosphere, in addition to young children, teacher, parent and societies also can together infect the pleased joy that the creativity brings, and together is hard for the environment that constructs the creativity.
