    Title: 台北市幼稚園組織與生態環境探討:生態系統觀點

    Abstract: 基於一個卓越與前瞻的幼兒教育發展,本研究及從影響台北市幼稚園組織與生態環境系統的現況分析著手,試圖因現況的了解而提出問題解決之道,同時藉問題的解決追求更優質的幼教未來-
    本研究研討的目的有下列五項:
    1.了解組織與生態環境對幼兒教育的影響。
    2.探討台北市幼稚園組織與生態環境的現況與問題。
    3.提供台北市幼稚園組織與生態環境問題的解決之道。
    4.建構台北市幼兒教育「優質」經營的方向,供台北市政府施政參考。
    根據以上研究目的,經過內外相關文獻探討與分析,以及概念構圖法、問卷調查、訪談及座談,本研究結論與建議如下-
    1. 本研究經問調查及小組八次會談與座談聚焦於北市幼教生態九大議題:幼稚園教師職場困境、幼稚師專業進修問題、專業的幼稚園課程與教學、幼稚園融合教育問題、親職教育、幼兒保健及幼教的研究發展,建構優質幼稚園指標及理想幼稚園的經營之道。
    2. 研究成效如下:
    (1) 公立幼稚園園長的定位與任用解決之道。
    (2) 公幼合併、 私幼結盟的求生策略。
    (3) 面對美語與才藝教學盛行,幼稚園的專業定位。
    (4) 幼稚園「母語」教學策略。
    (5) 五年內建構優質幼稚園指標-系統評鑑與自我評鑑的建立。
    (6) 提出強化幼稚園教師階段性與專業性的進修管道(研究所進修學分等)。
    (7) 長期規劃教師行動研究能力,由產官學合作提升教師解決園內問題能力。
    (8) 有計畫的師資培訓是解決目前不落實、沒績效的幼稚園融合班問題。
    (9) 具體提出父職教育、單親家庭親職教育及三代親職教育方案。
    (10) 從幼兒餐點、午餐與醫院營養護理單位結合,建構「幼兒保健網」。
    In order to achieve the ideal of excellent development of early childhood education, this research tried to analyze the organization of kindergartens and ecological environment for early childhood education in Taipei. Hope this research findings will help to make the early childhood education better and improve the quality of management in the early childhood settings in Taipei.
    To explore the conclusion and suggestion of the researches about organization of kindergarten and ecological environment fir early childhood education in Taipei, the aims of this research are as follows:
    1. to find affections of organization of kindergartens and ecological environment to early childhood education.
    2. to explore the development and questions of the organization of kindergartens and ecological environment for early childhood in Taipei.
    3. to prevent strategies to solve the questions of the organization of kindergartens and ecological environment for early childhood education in Taipei.
    4. to establish the indicators or direction of high quality management of early childhood education in Taipei.
    The methods of the research included document analysis, interview, focus-group
    discussion and Concept-mapping.
    According the four aims bellow, the conclusion and suggestions are focused on nine topics: the troubles of work life of teachers in the early childhood settings, the in-service training of teachers in early childhood education, professional curriculum development and teaching in kindergartens, inclusive early childhood education, parent education in kindergartens, child care and health, research development of early childhood education, high quality indicators of kindergartens establishment, and the ideal strategies to manage kindergartens.
