In the globalization of enterprises, China is one of top choices for the investment of the Taiwanese businessmen due to the locations, languages, and costs. Under the government policy to prohibit direct trades between Taiwan and China, the enterprises are required to set up the overseas corporations as the third party to carry out the order-transferring transactions so that these corporations have formed the special trade operations among these three trade zones, and has increased the complexity among vouchers transactions as well as business operation. Due to different processes caused by different operations among different businesses, the integration of data and the accuracy of data transferring will become very important. Therefore the implementation of an ERP system can be customized and based on individual requirements to improve the complexity of information integration and increase the efficiency of operations. The distributed databases are suitable for the diversified demands of companies distributed over different regions. By implementing ERP systems among the three trade zones by using Oracle distributed databases and the design methods in this paper, the related issues such as integration of transaction data under different regions, the uniformity and instantaneity of data, and etc. will thus be effectively solved.
