Abstract: For the requirement to manage the paper works of legal affair offices, an
efficient management system has been proposed for this study. There exists a lots of
paper works to be prepared in the courts, legal firms, and real estate agency offices.
As the time passes, the volume of accumulated documents will become so huge that it
will cause inconvenience to find the particular document, and even cause a big trouble
because the document was either lost or out-of-dated The problem can not be only
solved by the electronic document processing. It is very important for the offices of
court, legal firms and relating personnel who manage so much paper work daily to use
    an efficiency document management system.
This research is to study a document management system integrated with Radio
Frequency Identification to solve the problem. When the movable installed RFID
Reader is closing to the tagged document or paper, the tag code will be transmitted to
the system host computer through wireless network, and, therefore, the information
related to the tagged document in the database will be re-transmitted to the PDA. By
using the most important characteristics of object tracing in RFID technology, we can
avoid spending so much men power and time wasted for searching the document.
