    Abstract: Knowledge is the key factor of enterprises’ competitiveness. Knowledge is also the representative of future value of enterprises. Knowledge management (KM), no doubt, is the only way that the enterprise maintains competitive advantage.

    Hospitals are no exception; After national health insurance were practices, unified payment system makes the whole health market to low price charge, public hospitals are no longer have the advantage on price. Customers have higher and higher expectation upon medical treatment service quality, but public hospitals are struggled in their imperfect organizes culture, deadlock personnel accounting system, incomplete finance institution…etc. These problems make public hospitals suffer criticism from public. Crucial competition in health market makes operations of public hospital to difficulty. When doctor's salary can't match a condition of the market adjusts, public hospitals certainly can not keep excellent staffs. Knowledge that accumulates in staffs’ brain will also quit with the left employees without any record. It is a serious immaterial assets loss for hospitals.

    This research took hospital knowledge management system as to study topic. The author investigated whether Note software can tailor-make knowledge management system in the hospital. The study focuses on the construction of knowledge management system, and also focuses on classification and sharing numerous established knowledge documents in the hospital. After practical operation, a following result has been produced: The knowledge base has been established well. It provides employees and exterior customers a piping to gain healthy information.
