The main objective of this research is to integrate assessment theories with internet technology, multimedia and database management systems in order to develop an online computer diagnostic test system. After finishing each on-line teaching unit, we will give student corresponding on-line test. From the result, we can then teaching and find out how the on-line teaching affected the learning process, which is show us the score. Finally, we research the acceptance of this on-line scoring system by the students and teachers. This study takes the computer course of the fourth graders of the elementary school as example. The purposes of this study are: I. To develop an On-line Computer Operation System Course, and to build a multimedia on-line teaching system; II. To create of corresponding on-line Testing System; III. To assess the attitude of teachers and students toward using multimedia on-line teachings and tests systems. The research fools specifically designed for this study include the fourth graders computer operation system course materials and corresponding tests developed for this study; an on-line teaching system and testing system; and questionnaire scaled for teachers and questionnaire scaled for students. Having analyzed the collected statistical data, we concluded the following: I. Computer-Aided system can improve the learning process effectively. II. Devising an effective on-line testing system can promote students learning interest and elevate teachers motivation to use it. III. The development of effective an online computer-course and a testing system is worth the future research effects.
