    Abstract: As an engineer at the network operation &management department in the biggest ISP company in Taiwan, I am in charge of the installation and maintenance of the terminal equipments.So far there are more than ten million subscribers using our services, including fixed and broadband network, which invest most in equipment facilities. The execution efficiency in the customer network trouble shooting has been emphasized in installing and maintaining. Therefore the accuracy of the dynamic home service scheduling and voice message return-call for the first line servicemen have been managed strictly. It also provides our clients with dynamic query about the service availability, scheduling,status of servicemen so the clients can arrange scheduling in advance by telephone or cellular messages, and effectively manage the time-control between enterprise and customers.
    This article focuses on how to apply RFID technique in managing the service schedules of the first line servicemen. By using wireless mobile data transmission techniques integrated with 3G PDA cell phone interface for information exchange, a mobilization enterprise management system can be implemented and achieved to create the value for the enterprise.
