    Abstract: CMMI provides essential guidance for the procedural developmental needs, and process is one of the main ingredients for a continual organizational improvement. Thus it is important to establish and maintain a project for managing our work with aim on providing guidance for organizational process improvement, development, and to obtain and maintain product and service managing capability. The objective evaluation method and it’s widely accepted validation standard by the international community further strengthen its role as the main communication channel for any international marketing related events.

    The research object is targeted on the introduction and implementation of CMMI into current “Cancer Registry” registration process. Based on INSTITUTE FOR INFORMATION INDUSTRY’S implementation standard and guidance with aim on establishing a managing process within one single procedural domain, thus selected Continuous Model as the fundamental structure for improving on current cancer case operating system process. Utilizing actual case coupling with in-depth analysis for a recommendation of the most effective method on implementing CMMI; and concurrently discovered that the implementation of CMMI will effectively improve the process as well as establishing operating standard and guidance.
