摘要: The aim of this research is to study the effect of applying multimedia animation resources ,existed on the Internet, for the teaching of “Velocity and Acceleration” of physics in junior high schools. The animation multimedia resources were chosen by searching on the Web, and had been designed for teaching in the classroom to understand the influence of applying animation multimedia for the teaching of “Velocity and Acceleration”. The achievement of students before and after the class were analyzed by test-sheets, and assignments . Comparison was made on two groups of students , one was taught by assisting with animation multimedia and another was not.
The result of the analysis reveals that.
    1. The abstractive physics ideal or complicated phenomena can be illustrated by applying animation multimedia to enhance the understanding of students.
    2. The group of students taught by assisting with animation multimedia have shown better achievement than that taught without assisting with animation .
    3. It is concluded that the animation multimedia has demonstrated significant effect to assist teaching of “Velocity and Acceleration”.
