    Abstract: In the competitive and changing environment, the managers are not only forced to take accurate decisions but also execute quickly. How could we utilize the EIS to gain available information from the large database for the managers? However, the EIS could be the one of the tools. It is very important for managers to make use of the tool well in order to gather the information and to make a decision. This research focuses on assisting managers to understand the external marketing information and in the mean time, to supervise the company’s objects and carry out the strategy. We adopt the multidimensional model, low-cost and simple tool to design competitive EIS for the Mid-size enterprise. Because of the mid-size enterprise’s development had have limited by cost and maintaining. We believe that this thesis definitely will provide the managers of mid-size enterprise with meaningful and helpful EIS modeling.
