Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between the serious leisure, recreation involvement, recreation specialization by correlation analysis for Honda club members. The study used questionnaire for data collection, and sampling objects were Honda club members. We used convenient sampling to send questionnaire to Honda club members by Internet, and a total number of 565 valid samples were obtained. These valid questionnaires were analyzed by t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The research results were found as follows: Firstly, the Honda club participants are mostly male; age of the majority of 21-30 years old and unmarried; personal monthly income of 20,001 to 40,000 NT dollars, accounting for the number of majority; level of education to the university and the majority were students; occupation, which share the largest number of staff. Secondly, with regard to variance analysis of different demographic variables against serious leisure, education, occupation, personal monthly income and residence reached significant difference; with regard to variance analysis of different demographic variables against “centrality “ of recreation involvement, gender, occupation and education reached significant difference; with regard to variance analysis of different demographic variables against “attraction “ of recreation involvement, occupation and residence reached significant difference; with regard to variance analysis of different demographic variables against “emotion “ of recreation specialization, occupation and residence reached significant difference; with regard to variance analysis of different demographic variables against “behavior “ of recreation specialization, residence reached significant difference. Thirdly, the most predictive variables on recreation specialization were “centrality “, “attraction“ and “self-expression”. The predictive accuracy can reach 66.2%. The results may provide useful suggestions for the leisure industry on the activities planning.
