摘要:	Most of the domestic businesses are mid- and small-size enterprises. Due to the smaller project scale, the projects are delayed in delivery, and over-budgeted etc. Therefore, it could cause the damage of reputation and reduction of profit for businesses. To reduce the project duration and establish a suitable process system for projects are apparently important. The construction of institutionalized project processes can facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation and resource allocation. In this research, CMMI is applied to improve the process of customized monitoring system project with effective resource integration and process reengineering. In addition, this research has been applied to a case study for obtaining the evaluation and analysis results. The results of the case study reveal that the application of CMMI to the process improvement of the organization could ensure the products delivered on time and reduce the cost. Also, it can enhance the competitiveness of the firm in the market.
