Abstract: This thesis is to investigate the dynamics of the financial economic model by numerical simulation. The system shows complex dynamics such as periodic and chaotic behaviors. Both period doubling and inverse period doubling routes were found in this system. This study also has proved that each parameter (a, b, and c) in this system exists two Feigenbaum numbers via numerical simulations. Although period doubling bifurcation route to chaos is one of the most typical roads towards chaos. We must point out that not all period doubling bifurcation behaviors in dynamical systems obeys Feigenbaum numbers. Finally, it is shown that parameter-tuning control can be applied to suppress deterministic chaos in this financial economic model.
