This study concluded that if we want to raise the quality of life, including satisfaction and environment, etc., we should improve the general related factors of the whole society and environments. We should also give consideration to both their physical and mental health.
    4. There are positive relation among the relation of retired public servants? perception on leisure life, adherence to territory and quality of life. The study also concluded that the better the perception on leisure life the retired public servants have and they identify with Nantou, the better feelings they will have for Nantou and the more willing they are to stay there. The better the perception on leisure life they have, the higher standard of satisfaction for life and environment they will have. They will then ask for better function and benefit of leisure facilities and activities, thus they will get better quality of life. The more they adhere to their territory, regard Nantou as home, feel good with it, the more efforts they will put in Nanou and the better satisfaction to Nantou they will get. This is the positive relation among the three.
