The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of knowledge sharing on public elementary school competitiveness in Taichung County. By distributing the designed questionnaires to 164 public elementary school administrators in Taichung County, this project retrieves 919 valid samples as the subject matters. By making use of descriptive statistics, the T-test, one way-ANOVA, Scheffe?s contrast test, and Pearson?s Product-Moment Correlation Analysis as statistical methods, this paper has come to four conclusions as follows: 1. All objects reach the level of ?upper intermediate? on ?Knowledge Sharing Intensity? and ?School Competitiveness?. 2. The samples show significant differences in ?Knowledge Sharing Intensity? and ?School Competitiveness? with diverse background variables. 3. There is highly positive related between ?Knowledge Sharing Intensity? and ?School Competitiveness?. 4. ?Process? and ?Product? uphold the higher correlation coefficients among the discussed key factors and dimensions in this study. Implications for future research and practice are discussed.
