The purpose of this study was to treat about lost baseball player and management strategy that schools who have baseball team in TaiChung, ChangHua and NanTou, and recognized the factor of student player that back out of the team. The questionnaire survey total sent out 250, recycled effective sample was 202, and the return ratio is 80.8%. The conclusion of this study says: 1. The focus of the baseball team administrated of schools is the sponsor of the social resource and student coaching. 2. The most effectively factor of lost baseball players is the coach?s leading and training, the economic and surrounding of domestic, injure of ball game that stop the life of player, and sponsor?s support or not would affect the administrated of the team. 3. The management strategy of the team is the insufficient budget and the live and study lack of management on students. This study was base on those conclusions and offer some recommendation for controlling organization.
