The results reveal that factors involving the internet users? intention include the quality of the information system, the subjectivity of the users and the regulation of the internet application. Moreover, the internet users must possess the knowledge of applying informational operation and the knowledge of where to access those internet programs as resources. The results of this research are drawn to explain and to predict the government employees? intention in applying the internet learning and to serve the suggestions for the future researchers.
