    摘要: The intention of this study is to explore the influences of virtual knowledge communities and organizational learning on the job performance of information technology working staff in high and elementary schools in Taichung County. The study has been conducted by the self-developed questionnaire, entitled as ?The Correlation between Virtual Knowledge Communities, Organizational Learning and Job Performance?. The interviewers include 215 information technology working staff in both the public high schools and primary schools in Taichung County. There are 177 returned copies and the percent of questionnaires returning reaches 82.33.
    The facts of the study are listed as the following:
    1. The situations on involvement of virtual knowledge communities, organizational learning and job performance of IT working staff in the high schools and primary schools in Taichung County are currently good.
    2. The variable, background, has no effect on the variable, virtual knowledge communities, but slightly affects the variables, organizational learning and job performance.
    3. The more involvement of virtual knowledge communities, the better the organizational learning; and vice versa, the better the organizational learning, the more involvement of virtual knowledge communities.
    4. The better the organizational learning, the better the job performance; and vice versa, the better the job performance, the better the organizational learning.
    5. The better involvement of virtual knowledge communities, the better the job performance; and vice versa, the better the job performance, the better involvement of virtual knowledge communities.
    6. The involvement of virtual knowledge communities and the organizational learning show obvious prediction on the job performance.
    7. The organizational learning shows bigger prediction on the job performance than the involvement of virtual knowledge communities.
