The small and medium enterprises have been facing a challenge which is raised by the global constantly increase cost of the raw materials and the sluggish grow of the domestic economic development. As a result, the environment of the business has been very difficult to expand as well as to grow. In order to boost the domestic economic development, the government has put into countless efforts in fostering economic growth by encouraging the banks to increase the amount of loans to the domestic small and medium enterprises. The banks play a significant role in between the government and the domestic small and medium enterprises. Therefore, it is critical important for the banks to develop a set of strict and straightforward rules and strategies in the quality of credit guaranty, in order to prevent overdue loan from happening. This research is a case study of one specific bank on their credit guaranty on the cases of small and medium enterprises. There are 300 sample data collected. Through the process of cross analysis and comparison, the researcher, therefore, obtained the significant variances that influence the ratio of overdue loan in the assessment of factors of credit guaranty cases. After that, the researcher utilized the Logistic regression analysis model to obtain the key variances that influence the quality of credit guaranty. Those key variances are organized in order with respect of their importance. The results of this research show that there are five variances that come into play in important factors in rendering into their credit guaranty. Those five variances are the sources of business, the credit ranking of the business, the owner of the business and their spouse being the regular credit card users, the business owner is the loan bearers of banks, and the ratio of the business to their credit guaranty. The results of this research can be the reference of banks and the banking lending personnel in order to prevent the violation of overdue loans. As a result, the goal of risk control can be achieved successfully.
